Scouring rush has been declared as the most accessible source of natural silica. Its extract contains colloidal silicic acid (hydrated colloidal silicic oxide), which successfully helps in the deposition of calcium into bones and has a positive impact against the onset of osteoporosis, skin diseases, ailments of the urinary tract, hemorrhoids and in strengthening the immune system. Silicon in this optimal absorption form is a suitable complement for producing collagen and elastin fibers for the structuring of bones, cartilage, teeth, hair and nails and for strengthening and toning of tendons, the skin and internal organs. It has certain anti-inflammatory effects as well as effectively lowering the level of cholesterol in the blood. Contents of 2 capsules: Equisetum arvense (Field Horsetail, footstalk cointaining 7 % silicon, extract) 880 mg; rice powder; anticaking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate. Gelatin capsule.

Precautions
