Gelatin is a natural and organic protein from animals. Gelatin contains cca 15% water, 85% protein and a small amount of inorganic substances. Gelatin is made for pharmaceutics products, even as a dietary supplement. It a strong and effective giver of amino acids, glycine and proline, which contains 10-20x more than other proteins.
Recommended dosage
2 capsules twice a day.

Contents of 4 capsules: Gelatine 2.200 mg; anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate. Gelatin capsule.

Precautions
It is not designed for children up to 12 years of age. The product is not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosing. Store in a cool dry place out of reach of children. Use best before date indicated by EXP data on the top side of the container.
