Vitamin D3 contributes to the normal use of both calcium and phosphorus in the organism. It takes part in the process of cell division and it preserves normal functioning of the immune system. It further helps maintain normal condition of bones and teeth and the appropriate blood calcium level. It also helps keep normal muscle activity.

Recommended dosage:1 softgel every other day.
Ingredients
Contents of 1 softgel: Soybean oil; corn oil; vitamin D (cholecalciferol) 50 μg (2.000 IU, i.e. 1.000 % of nutrient reference values). Gelatin softgel.

Precautions
It is not designed for children up to 16 years of age, for pregnant and nursing women. The product is not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosing.
