The main substance in COCONUT OIL AV is virgin coconut oil – called „the big dowry“. Virgin coconut oil consists of MCFA – medium chain fatty acids. Even if this oil belongs among the lipids, it is processed as a saccharide. Its digestion starts in the mouth, its complete dissolution is accomplished in the stomach. This shorter and quicker process provides more energy without any bigger strain on the body. Contained fatty acids support the absorption of other substances, are able to damage the protective coating of viruses, bacteria, yeasts, fungi which are then easier to destroy by lymphocytes. Coconut oil helps in weight reduction diets. The consumption of coconut oil stabilizes sugar levels in blood and reduces the load on the adrenal glands.
Recommended dosage
1 softgel twice a day.

Contents of 2 softgels: Lauric acid 620 mg; caprylic acid 520 mg; myristic acid 300 mg; palmitic acid 160 mg; capric acid 140 mg; medium chain triglycerides 120 mg; oleic acid 100 mg; linoleic acid 80 mg; stearic acid 60 mg; linolenic acid 20 mg. Gelatin softgel.

Precautions
