Zinc supports the normal metabolism of acids, metabolism of carbohydrates, synthesis of DNA, macronutrient metabolism, fatty acids metabolism, vitamin A metabolism, synthesis of proteins, state of bones, hair, nails, skin, sight and the immune system.
Vitamin D helps with the absorption of calcium and phosphorus and their usage throughout the human body.
Recommended dosage

Contents of 2 tablets: Calcium (calcium carbonate, calcium gluconate) 666 % mg (83 % NRV*); magnesium (magnesium oxide, magnesium gluconate) 267 mg (71 % NRV*); emulsifier: vegetable cellulose; stabilizer: carboxymethylcellulose; tablet coating: cellulose; dye; zinc (zinc gluconate, zinc citrate) 17 mg (167 % NRV*); anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate; vitamin D (cholecalciferol) 5 µg (100 % NRV*). Precautions
It is not designed for children up to 3 years of age. The product is not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosing. Store out of the reach of children. Store in a dry and dark place. Use best before date indicated by EXP data on the top side of the container.
