Nettle - Urtica dioica cover about 35 species of plants. The stinging hairs of the nettle are caused by the acetylcholine, histamine and serotonine.
Nettles grow everywhere. It is a tough weed but also medicinal, used in cosmetics or as a cleaning herb. Leachates of the nettle can be drank long-term, but carefulness is necessary. With a high amount of vitamin C it is also favorited in spring stuffings.
Nettles help the vitality and energy of an organism. It contributes to healthy veins and helps circulation. It helps from the effect called "heavy" feet.
Recommended dosage
1 capsule twice a day.

Contents of 2 capsules: Urtica dioica (stinging nettle, leaf, extract, 1,6:1) 1.000 mg; emulsifier: vegetable cellulose. Gelatin capsule.
