Clambering plant - gymnea forest creeper - Gymnea sylvester is mainly located in north-west India. This extra-ordinary plant is used in Ayurvedic medicine for over 2,000 years. In the current time and manner it is grown for medical purposes. One of its most important substances is gymnema saponins I - IV and gymema acids I - IX. Another interested substances is peptide gurmarin. Peptide gurmarin has been found to reduce the lust for sweet.
Gymnea sylvester supports the metabolism of glucose and fats, it reduces appetite and especially for sweet foods. It can also be used to check physical body weight.
Recommended dosage
1 tablet twice a day.

Contents of 2 tablets: Gymnema sylvestre (Gymnema forest) 800 mg; citrus pectin 400 mg; emulsifier: plant cellulose; anticaking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
