ACIDOPHILUS AV contains friendly bacteria of the Lactobacillus acidophilus strain, natural to the body, whose presence positively promotes a healthy intestinal microflora. Lactobacillus supports the proper functioning of the digestive system to help extract nutrients from your food. They prevent proliferation of pathogenic (harmful) bacteria that can cause intestinal problems, e.g., diarrhea. ACIDOPHILUS AV will help restore flourishing Lactobacillus to the intestinal tract after antibiotic treatment. They also enhance the general resistance of the body against infections. A healthy intestinal microflora including Lactobacillus acidophilus can also help with atopic eczemas, urinary infections and respiratory tract infections. Through restoration of the balance of the friendly intestinal microflora, excretion of toxins from the body is enhanced, absorption of fatty substances in the intestines is reduced, and the blood level of cholesterol is decreased.
Recommended dosage
1 capsule twice a day.

Contents of 2 capsules: Calcium (calcium carbonate) 220 mg (27,5 % nutrient reference values); Lactobacillus Acidophilus (200.000.000 active cultures) 1,38 mg; emulsifier: microcrystalline cellulose; maltodextrin; anticaking agent: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate. Gelatin capsule.

Precautions
It is not designed for children up to 3 years of age. The product is not a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosing. Store in a cool dry place out of reach of children. Use best before date indicated by EXP data on the top side of the container.
